COVID-19 Situation

UPDATE:

Effective immediately we have closed sections of our store off that we deem “non-essential” . We can still grab items off the shelves for you at your request.
We are limiting the number of customers allowed in the store at one given time and we ask to be separated at the appropriate distances.
We have also closed sections of our warehouse off to the general public including our washrooms. Our staff will bring your feed orders to you.
We have closed access to our warehouse from the store. Please go out the door you came in.
We have suspended all in store “deals” and will continue with in store mark downs when we feel appropriate. This has been done to deter the urge to come for non essential items.
We have implemented our gloves “on” policy. All of our till and warehouse staff are required to wear gloves. Our debit machine will be cleaned after every transaction. We kindly ask if you could consider paying by card although we are still accepting cash.
If you need any further assistance we are here to help. Please don’t hesitate to ask.

Yes we are still open with limited access and will continue this way until further notice.

This decision has been made in partnership with our employees to ensure their safety, their families safety, and our customers safety.
We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and appreciate your co operation during these times. Thank you for continuing to support our family business. Prayers to everyone.

UPDATE:

We have now posted signage on our entrance here and at Vanderwees Poultry Farm. If you have travelled in the last 14 days or have been in contact with some one who has please DO NOT enter. If you are uncomfortable with leaving your vehicle please call 18079352921 and we can receive your order as well as take payment over the phone. Once it is processed our staff can either bring it out and load your vehicle or leave it curb side for you to gather. We are still open and will remain open to serve our community.

We have been preparing for this for a few weeks now. We want to give the peace of mind to everyone that we have ample supply of all feeds, seeds, and pet food. Although we are back logged on bagging feeds over the last few days we will not run out for a few months if governments do decide to close land borders. It is business as usual. We have procedures set and discussed if further action is required of us. We will keep you all updated. Stay safe, stay healthy, and our prayers are with everyone affected globally.
